For the Print Auction, we also had to create a risk assessment to ensure the safety of anyone attending, whether this was staff, guests, people of importance or us.

We covered every possible incident that could happen on the night of the event and then found ways these things could be avoided and sorted if in the unlikely event they were to happen.
